Love the bokeh and the pastel hues. Very evocative.

Very sweet image Grahame, I like the subtle colors and soft light. Reminds me of an illustration from a children's book. You might consider blending in that feature in the bg that intersects with the bird's bill, and evicting the white dot just above the eye line on the right.

Very nice, and an appropriate title. If it were mine, I might increase overall saturation a little. There also seem to be halos, particularly under the beak and by the breast. I'd try to fix that if I could, perhaps by sharpening less. But I like this. Thanks for sharing.

If looks could kill ! a case of beauty and the beast, or more the point...beast in the beauty.

I like it's mysterious mood...and a little bit sinister...there is one little white dot on the right of the head that needs removing

Grahame, the dot has been covered. I like the mysterious feel to this and especially like the placement of the dove relative to the foliage. I like the soft colors also.

Thank you all for your comments The only way to learn. The white dot does not appear on any of my copies, The halo around the beak I have removed as well as a little bit of foliage just to the right tweaked hue and saturation and the image looks great thank you all Grahame.

The sharp eye is accentuated by the conrast to the softness of the fore and background. Draws attention right into the image.
