    Default Little Egret coming into land

    Taken with Nikon D3100 , Tamron 70-300mm Di LD, set Exposure 1/100 , Aperture F8, ISO 200, it had just stopped raining so was overcast so lighting was tricky , I hope I caught the essence of the bird in this image

    Hi Nigel, you did capture the essence of the bird and I like the dynamic of the landing pose. Did you have some room on the right? The pan blur worked well, although a sharp eye would be a plus. I think the image could be stronger if you cleaned up the water a bit by evicting the white bits. I like the blur of the wings.

    Nigel, I agree with Kerry's comments and I would like a little more landing room at the bottom also. I love blurs, so keep them coming
