    Very nice. I like the room for the bird to fly into and it gives it perspective. The water splash, drops, open wings, clean clear eye gives the image pop. The exposure is good too. It appears the bird is rather large. It is a bit bigger than our version here in Maine. A rather nice image overall.

    It looks like a big crop, although I'm not hundred percent sure. The pose is nice and the splash makes it a dynamic image.
    I don't really like the rippled water, showing less of it would be better IMO.

    The pose is nice and dynamic but the IQ and details are just not there. it looks like a very big crop

    You got good advice above. there is not much details on the bird body, so that was the comment for the IQ. Very nice dynamic pose. I think you need longer focal length and be closer. Loi

    That oversharpened look is always a clue that the IQ has suffered. Great action captured. I'd keep at it as it's a great bird!
