Nigel, welcome to OOTB This is a lovely blur (have you checked out the Intentional Camera Movement Flickr site?). I love the whimsey of the birds in flight. I think you could go with a crop from the bottom, eliminating the brightest of the waves and I would remove the portion of the white bird on the right edge in the water with either a slight crop or some other eviction tool in Photoshop. Beautiful image and I hope we see more of your work. What kind of birds were they?

Hi Nigel! Welcome and I hope you like it here. You have posted a very nice first image! No need to post your techs in this forum, but we are always interested in how you created the image. Good suggestions made by Cheryl, they will make the image stronger than it already is. What I am liking most about the image is the fine line you've drawn between abstract and nature. The viewer can see elements of both in the image, and that adds interest for sure. Well done, hope to see more!
