I think this is a White-Backed Vulture. he was flying in for a feast at a carcass.

    cropped for pano
added a little bit of canvas to the left
removed a dark spot in the BG

It's hard to make a good photo of a vulture! They have a face only Mother can love.

    Appreciate your comments.

    Thank you

    Loi:

I like the head down by the feet, seems very intent on lunch!

The pano crop works well for this pose. Did you need to work on the wingtips when you extended the canvas?

The colors in the bg go well with the bird.

    Cheers

Great landing pose. I would add canvas to the bottom and left for the bird to fly into.

nice incoming pose, good details and exposure. I see editing artifacts around the right wing primaries

Hi Loi, great incoming pose, and love the colourful BG.

    Yes, a white backed Vulture.

You did get it in a great pose here. Judging from the feet position this fella must have been pretty close to its destination! I like the idea of a pano crop. I too see what looks like processing artifacts around the far wing's primaries.

Thank you everyone for your comments. I agree that the added canvas is not done well, will redo it later this week. Randy, the wing tip was there, so I just need to add canvas in a way that is not so obvious.

I'm currently using the Stamp tool. I'd appreciate if you could point me to a good approach to add canvas for this type of image.

    Thank you

Spent a little time this evening to rebuild the canvas. I think it is not perfect, but much better now. Also selective brightened the bird's right underwing. Thank you for your feedback. Loi
