Very nice - you did well to get the bird sharp and not too far into the fog. Lovely overall atmosphere suggestive of early morning on a lake. Love the texture of the water.

This is a beautiful image Frank, great exposure. I only wish that the grebe had turned it's head slightly toward the camera, love the muted colors.

Lovely subdued palette. Just enough fog. I would consider a minor crop from the top. Yes, head could be a bit towards us, but still presents very well.

Nice dreamy image, liking the misty soft light yet still nice detail showing on the back feathers. Myself, I think the head angle is perfect as is showing us a perfect side on profile of the rather lovely beak these birds have
