Lovely light, nice pose. There's something funny about the reflection of the plumes - maybe a bit of masking gone awry? And just a tad oversharpened on the grass, to my eye. Otherwise a lovely shot.
Nice reflection, and the vertical comp was a good choice. Exposure looks good. I too see some masking (or other processing issue) around the head plumes in the reflection. I find the contrast and sharpening a tad strong, especially on the vegetation at right.
