Great looking close up of this Heron, Satish. Exposure and details look very nice and I like the raised feathers and the clear yellow eye. Well done

Nice portrait with good feather detail.
I might increase the brightness ever so slightly,
I like the scalloped pattern created by the feathers on the neck and throat.
Do you have a bit more room on LHS to be able to give a bit of space to the top layer of raised burgundy- brown feathers?
What are the 2 tiny triangular jagged shapes on the top of the dorsal feathers?

Love all the details in those feathers and the colors, but the HA is hurting this image for me. I would personally go tighter if this were mine, and crop from left and maybe a little from the top.

Some good suggestions offered above. Great looking bird with a complimentary background. Any chance you have one in your files where the head is turned toward us?

Great bird in very nice plumage. I'd go with Marina crop-wise, just to "cut" rather than "clip" that big feather on the back. I also agree with her about the head angle...I do wish it had turned its head a bit more towards us. Nice details and colours.

Thank you all for the feed back and nice comments.
Gail: Two spots are feathers,I have checked in raw file. I also have space on the LHS, I will have to reprocess it.

I agree with every body about HA.

Grace: I have image with better HA but feathers are not fluffy, that is why I posted this image.
Daniel Sir, Here is re post as suggested by every body.

Hi Satish, great feather detail, and I really like the burgundy colour to them. The alert pose looks good, and your 2nd image shows a much better HA.
