    I used Topaz Clarity first then I bought Artista Oil Paint and Moku Hanga and I created a version in each one and combined all! Then I added a texture on top about 55% at soft light.

    Thanks much Cheryl! I actually shot this one vertical. I cropped off a very small amount on the left where the edge of the restaurant building was showing and about the same amount on top. I really like this one, it appeals to my inner artist.
