    Nice synchronized poses captured Frank.
If only there was some room on the RHS for them to fly into.

Thank you Leo, there will be room in the print. I tend to crop tighter for the internet.

Hello Frank. Nice pose..! I think the lead bird could do with a little more sharpening and a bit of NR on the background would help also. I am surprised at the noise given the ISO and you were using a 1DX. Did you have to lift the levels substantially? Also there is a hint of foreground grass along the bottom of the frame that I would remove... thanks for showing DON

I enjoy the action, the sense of a chase between the skimmers, (even if that's not what's going on, it looks like it could be)...Nice prey item in the lead skimmers bill. Their seems to be too much digital noise, easily noticeable in the water, for iso800 on that camera body. How did you arrive at your exposure for the scene?

    Thank you Don:
That shot is untouched except for a crop, and I am not overly impressed with the X high iso.
Before I print the grass will be gone, there will be more room on the right and I will sharpen and apply NR.
The rework is cropped to 13x19 for my 9000 printer.
    Thanks again.
