    taken the other day,thought I would change from the colored one to BW,what do you think.cannon 100mm IS L MACRO,TRIPOD,ISO200,1/3S,F13.THANKS FOR LOOKING.

    Hi Christopher. B&W is pretty far from my area of "expertise" so I'll leave those comments for others. I like the diagonal of the leaf and the clean background. Nice job of getting the whole length of the leaf within your DOF - and good sharpness on the fly. The water drops add interest. This is very nicely done and I think it would look great in color!

    Hi Chris it is not a bad idea, I like the tonal range and the composition. I have nothing adverse to say, but shoot me down if you like, I am not sure that it adds anything, me being the simple chap I am I wonder what the convetional colour version would be.

    Big fan of B&W , but not sure it works on this subject. There is amazing detail in this and would love to see it in color.

    Hi Christopher... great image... I am a sucker for b/w and it is not very often used with macro images... your comp and detail is spot on... super conv (perfect tonal range)... overall a great image... WD!
