NO Parking!!

Another image captured in our garden last Sunday.
The "log" was a piece of wood intended for the barbecue that I found, it was hollow and made for a nice feeding tray.
Techs:

D3S, 600 f4
ISO 1250
Manuel exp 1/2500 @ f8

Tried to get correct exposure and colour balance with curves? (Steve has been encouraging me)
Used a new sharpening technique.

Very cool capture. I really like the interaction and detail on the two birds. I almost feel like the subjects cloned in although I don't think so. I think this is because the bg is so smooth perhaps from NR or blur tool? It may look more realistic with the bg not being so smooth. This is a great image IMO
