    You know sometimes you just cant get that spot.

    1DMKIII, 500 f/4 + 1.4 TC, 1/1000 at f/ 7.1, Manual Mode, Evaluative Metred, Raw, ISO 400, Bean Bag out car window, cloned out a small batch of grass from the bottom of the frame.

    Very nice looking Raptor, Don.
    Neat pose and not a bad perch for these guys.

    Very lovely pose & BG Don.
    Not the ideal perch & light, But you managed it very well.
    Agree with Dan about comp. suggestion.

    Very Nice. Love the pose and the sharp face with a nice catch in the eye. The color looks great and the BG adds allot to this shot. I dont mind the perch at all as its weathered and this is the norm for allot of hawks to perch. Well done.
