    I prefer my breakfast in a bowl, but Anhingas apparently have their own take on the first meal of the day! Although I took this image several years ago in Florida, I never got around to processing it until yesterday.

    Canon 1D4, 500mm + 1.4x, f/6.3, 1/1250, ISO 640, manual exposure, hand held

    Hi Doug, great feeding behaviour captured here, and well exposed on the darker plumage. Good choice for a central placement, and that cant be a comfy perch, although they have chosen it.

    Wow, cool shot Doug. Judging by the siblings head and bill length, this babies bill is at the bottom of its parents crop. Amazing how far their heads go down the throat. Techs look perfect as doe the details. Great looking perch and the green BG adds allot to this shot.

    Awesome behaviour you got here Doug! Great nest location and quite the family gathering for breakfast. I like everything here but I must admit the green on the young one's wing confuses me as to where it comes from?

    I think you're just seeing the feathers on end Daniel. The only cloning I did was some dust spots, and those were nowhere near the bird's wing.
