    There is a lot to like in this shot, Arash. Exposure is excellent with a lot of detail in both the black of the head as well as the whites of the wings. Maybe just a tad hot on the back of his neck but that probably couldn't be helped. I love the wing position and as Juan Carlos has mentioned the shadow of his head/beak on the outstretched wing adds to the shot.

    I don't make it out to California as often as I used to but someday I hope to come join one of your workshops...

    Lovely. Great flight pose, nice blue bg, and the shadow on the wing adds to the image. Portions of the neck are showing at around 245, but I'm not sensing any loss of detail.

    Great look at this Tern. The head is so sharp, almost has a 3d effect. The techs look wonderful and the water color highlights this Tern perfectly. Nice capture Arash.
