    Default White Ibis

A very common bird in FL seen pretty much wherever you go. I'm sharing this one for a couple of reasons: I can't stop looking at the fish, and without it I don't think there is much of an image. I had to underexpose quite a bit to get the whites to behave, lending to a much darker and richer background, which I think I like.

This is excellent Detail and subject exposure is good. Also the image is interesting. The shadow on the face does not detract and in a way helps give depth to the image.

    Wow what a great picture.
I like the shallow DOF creating a nice foreground and background with enough depth to make it pin sharp where it matters.

Were you using a tripod when this was taken?

Miguel, this is SO nice! I usually get bored shooting the ones around here, because if they're in a spot to get a decent view point, they're not doing anything except standing there looking at you. I have yet to see one snag a fish like this! Just an all round nice photo!
