    Ian, love the triangular composition of this image, with the Yellowlegs->Ripple->item sticking out of the water.

    The background is lovely, the exposure looks great and I love the slight headturn so we can see the catchlight
    in the eyes.

    If you look at the reflection where the beak would be, there's that one little white spot? I'd clone that out.

    Very nice, and the ripple and water plant give a nice anchor.

    Is there more of the original image on the bottom? I wish the reflection of the head wasn't touching the edge of the frame.
