    Default Sunflower blur

I was photographing this volunteer sunflower in my backyard. As I was finishing up some closeups, I decided to play with some blurs so i quickly gave the camera a snap of the wrist rotation at 1/13 sec. I then processed with Color efex color range to bring out the green center and detail enhancer to bring out the lines of rotation more.
    Comments please!

Nice blur Bob, the rotation gives a strong feeling of motion. The colors are rich and summery. Good use of the filters to bring out the edges and colors!

Hi Bob, I like it a lot! I too feel the motion and how the petals radiate outwards. Wonderful colors and processing.

I really like what you did with it. Very nicely defined lines - almost like hairs. I also like the colours a lot - who wouldn't? Did you think about lifting the shadows further and making it even brighter. Not sure it would do more good than harm and it's good already.

I wonder how it would have been with the tightest swirl in the middle of the flower but keeping the same comp, but just wonder.

I've tried my hand at spinning the camera with some interesting results, you've got a lovely spin blur going on here, well captured and composed. The colors are very nice...Well done

Very nice composition with the blur rotating around a point that is low and off center. I really like how the interior of the flower has the strong rotating lines and yet the petals do not. Wonderful, intense colors and a good idea bringing up the green for contrast.

Great in camera blur Bob, and the colours are VIBRANT, which really add to the image for me.
