    Hi Tim,
    First thing to mention is that the posting sizes for images has changed and you can now post your images a lot bigger -1200 on horizontal and 900 on vertical and 400KB.
    You have a nice clean BG and I like the lichens and mosses on the branch. I would crop from the bottom to get rid of the OOF part of the branch. This would also reduced the large size of the perch relative to the bird. I would then add a bit more on top.
    I would also increase the exposure by 1/3 of a stop ( but mask out the white stuff on the perch so as to not blow the whites here) and sharpen the head a bit more.
    All in all, a nice solid shot with a few tweaks,

    The details are nice and the colours look good, i am in for the 1/3 stop addition in exposure will bring out more
    i would like a silver to be added to the right

    Lovely colours, I would suggest a little bit of NR would help as would a smaller perch. If you were to consider cropping I would start at the junction of the semicircular area of the branch about 3cm from the base.
