    Default Cliff Swallow Skimming

This shot takes me closer to getting a shot I have been after for a long time. Hope you all like it.

Hi Amol, I really like the action captured and I can see why you are after such a shot. The bird seems to lack fine detail. Was this a large crop? --Allen

Amol, I have taken literally thousands of shots of these little speedsters and I have still havent not gotten something that I am happy with. The IQ isnt the best, but unless you have tried getting this shot, you will appreciate this shot that much more.
Love the open mouth and the wing position. Keep shooting and some time you will get the one you are looking for. Cant wait to see it!

I like the behavior, too bad the IQ did not hold. it's a tough subject

Terrific behavior captured in gorgeous light. Looks like a rather large crop based upon IQ.

Thanks Guys for taking time to comment and critique. Yes this is a rather large crop of a sharp image I got but just couldnt contain myself to a respectable crop.

But This shot encouraged me to get back there and keep trying. I really like tha challenge and have come to like "learning" from my own failures.... ;).. (Read - got no choice...lol)
