    This is a black-bellied plover taken at Ft. DeSoto State Park. I used Topaz Clean as my one filter.

    That is one clean bird, love the position in the frame, head angle and the sharpness..TFS

    A great combo of textures and patterns with the intricate feather detail of the subject, the soft bg of the surf and the hard, smooth, wet beach.

    Excellent composition, with the bird standing on the water line. I like how the bird stands out from the soft bg. The filter works very well. I wonder if the eye and breast might be made a but lighter.

    I think I know that fellow. Photographed him about 5 weeks ago at Ft DeSoto. But you were really able to hold onto the detail around his eye. I didn't do as well. Also, the slight upward tilt of his head is very appealing.
