    That is one funny looking guy. I can appreciate the behavior capture Loi but that head angle is a little odd for me. It almost looks like the neck and head are disconnected from the body.Not sure if there is a better crop option

    Cool bird, I like the head colors. A better head angle/eye contact would be nice here.

    Thank you Cheryl and Ilija, unfortunately the bird closed her eye on some other shots or the eye not visible. I will have some other images later of the whole bird. Loi

    Hi Loi, these guys are ugly, but you have brought out good detail here. I agree, the pose is not ideal, but even though you were too close, a portrait shot may have worked better.

    Cool looking bird.
    The head angle is not the best and I'm missing the eye contact as well.
    I also find the background is too busy, making it hard to isolate the bird.
