    Default Young Hoodie Flap

The last photo I took of the immature Hoodie males at my pond.
    They have moved on.
Taken a couple of weeks ago in depressing light in the rain, but I may not see one again at this stage of life.

I like the low angle, visible tail, yellow eye and details. This image shows the wings are not fully developed. Well done Dan!

Hi Dan, the weather may have been miserable, but the hoodie certainly pops in the image. Love the straight ahead stare, cool yellow eye, and you have exposed the breast area very well.

    Hope she returns one day.

    Excellent shot Dan.
Terrific timing, love the flapping action, excellent feather detail, great shooting angle, and great comp.
    Very well done.

A shot that made me smile!
The bird is terrific with a great pose and IQ and pose. I like the wild look in her/his eye.
Water colors are a bit distracting but understand that this is due to the grey skies and poor weather,
    Gail

Nice low angle shot of this fresh one. The detail is your usual, great, and the wing flap makes the shot. I can appreciate the shots you post with the minimal amount of sun you get up there.
Days that I would just go home, you are out there getting nice shots like this. Well done
