    Hi Karl. The low angle puts the viewer right at eye level with this handsome bird. Very nice color and feather detail.

    Great species with excellent shooting angle & IQ. Nice HA. In my uncalibrated monitor (in my office) may be in could be 1/3 stop lighter. TFS

    Hi Karl, excellent low perspective, super pose and HA, and I do like the detail and colours on this species. Maybe a little more room below.

    I remember this one Karl. I enjoyed the excellent light quality and low angle shooting on this one...and I still do! The bit of pilo-erection in the plumage is a sweet detail in the image.

    That's one plumped up grouse!

    Nice shooting angle and detail ... agree it could go lighter and have a bit more room on bottom.

    lovely portrait! like the POV, pose & details. as mentioned by others, a bit more brightness might help.
