    I applied my newly acquired Fractalius to this old mountain bluebird image. I like the simplification of the image.

    So do I!! The effect is nicely held in check -- if it were stronger it would overwhelm the bird. I like the high key treatment, to let the lines be more prominent and delicate. Good work.

    Gary, it looks like you've mastered Fractalius! The amount of the effect is just right and I love the pose.

    Nice job with the fracting, it looks great! I really like the clean background and edges. The colors are excellent.

    I love the delicate lines you can get from fractalius. This is just right with the lovely wash of blues coming through and the subtle color of the clean bkgd against the soft grays of the bird and stump.

    Agree with Diane that you were judicious in the use of Fractilus. It is easy to overdo it. I like the clean look of this image.
