    Southern Idaho - 1D4, 600mm+1.4xTC, hand held, 1/500, F5.6, ISO 1250, manual exposure

    This is another image from my Idaho Birds of Prey workshops. The prey appears to be a baby bird. I'm not sure of the species. I hope you like it. Thanks for looking.

    Stunning capture, the catch is a bonus, also like the head turned toward you, nicely done.

    Jim, great flight pose, really sharp at 1/500 SS, good light. Love the prey. Looking to see more images of your workshop. Would love to be part of it, but I had a conflict with my Africa trip.

    Nicely executed flight capture Jim, love the warm lighting, details in the bird and prey. Excellent skill for such a sharp clean image at 1/500s and high iso (and huge lens HH). Awesome eye contact too.
