This is a composite image. The bkgd is a multiple exposure of a bandana I use for my dog. I photographed the Bald Eagle in Alaska a few years ago. After I put the 2 images together, I used fractalius and Topaz Simplify buz sim.

Unique and very nice! Love the effect on the stars, but wish the eagle was a little bigger.
Great work! I love the bandana, with its ripples and diagonal lines. The Eagle looks great, but I don't especially like to see it in this image. I would prefer just the bandana. The colors are great and your processing just right.

Thanks all. Anita, I was undecided about the eagle and after I posted it I tend to agree with you, no eagle.
Very cool effect. I think I would like either version...with or without the eagle.
I might have tried using the effect on the bandana, then pasting in the eagle image without any effect on it. I like the composition...TFS
