Hello everyone!
Hi everyone.
Another newbie has arrived from the UK!
Came across your site whilst surfing and was impressed at the layout and quality of the work displayed.
Being in the mind that if you want to better yourself then you should hang around with those who inspire you I am looking to post and develop my photography in what seems to be a nice friendly helpful environment.
I have only taken up serious photography 3 years ago and found the learning curve incredibly steep but as with anything you love to do the mistakes you make teach you (and I have made more than most I would think) how to overcome lack of knowledge and technique.
I am very proud to have achieved an Associetship of The Royal Photographic Society in just 2 years and I am now concentrating on international competition to achieve a qualification with the PSA.
I look forward to posting and viewing in this community.

Hi Steve
Thank you for your welcome. It is much appreciated.
I have drifted towards wildlife and in particular Avian and have posted my first image today.
Hopefully it may attract advice and comment

Hi Ken,
You have come aboard with a great attitude and an open mind which is really great and to your benefit in my opinion if you want to better your craft. I have learned so much from my peers here at BPN, more than any other forum I have belonged to so welcome and looking forward to your posts.

Welcome to BPN, Ken. I think I may have seen some of your images on another site recently. Congratulations on your photographic accomplishments and much luck with the PSA competitions. I think posting and critiquing here will help you in that regard. :)

Thank you Marina. I think I will be enjoying this site very much. A lot of very helpful and constructive comments have been made on the few images I have posted so I am hoping to learn by example and not be judged for my mistakes.
