i love the compo and the bg is awesome!!!!!!! only thing i can say is that i wish you had used fill flash to highlight the shadows in his face. other than that, fantastic!!!

Agree with Harold ... flash or light angle !!! Would also try having the AF point on the birds eye !! Looks like the sharpest point is on the shoulder

Great image! I like the bird & the dandelions. I'll echo what the others said about fill flash and light angle - but sometimes you take what you can get. I'd also clone/patch/magic band-aid the little linear dandelion piece right above the bird's head. For my taste, I'd like a tad more saturation as well. Congrats on a fine capture!
