Hi Girish, a pretty perfect pose, colours are spot on, and just wish there was only the perch he was on.

Stunning clarity and sharpness. Would have been perfect with only one perch, stunning none the less.

What a gorgeous bird! Great color and detail, and I love the grasses -- a very different look, almost like a modern wire sculpture.

If I look closely it feels a little oversharpened. I suspect there is an unfortunate match in the frequency of the sharpening edge artifacts in feather detail in many pictures and pixel size in a JPEG as presented here. (Maybe not the most scientific explanation -- maybe somebody can expand on it.) Sharpening is tricky at best.

    Hi Chris & Vishal
Thanks for your feedback. The perch is not a steel wire. It is a dried out twig of a plant that i do not recognise.
    Thanks all for your comments.
