Okay, I see it on my work monitor. Not sure why I didn't see it at home. Ian...it seems to be a well-exposed, sharp image, but I'm wondering if it would be better to crop out part of the clump of grass, so one's attention would focus more directly on the bird. Also, what would you think of adding a little canvas at the bottom, so the reflection of the Willet has a little more room. (I'm sure not everyone would agree with me on this.)
Thanks for looking, Wendy. Actually, it is the clump of grass that made this image for me. I have many shots of solo-willets, but I liked the lonely look of the bird standing next to the clump.
I like the clump of grass also. The only thing that bugs me is the out of focus grass in the foreground.
Maybe cloning that out or maybe even cropping out as much as you can (where the reflection of the
birds neck ends).
Wendy...are you using an iPad by any chance? There's a post from Shane in the General forum asking
about what seems like the problem you were having...or not :)
