Nancy, they are two of my favorite filters also. I like the effect and I love dandelions! I don't know why people thing of them as weeds

Thanks for the perseverance. The separation of the individual seed takes the image to another level.

I think this is an outstanding image Nancy! You have a lot more patience than I do, and it really paid off in a much more interesting composition. Love the filter work!

I like the simplicity, the muted BG, and the stem(?) of the other DDL echoing the subject.

Nice job Nancy, this is a difficult but iconic image that all of us should try. Who couldn't use an object lesson in patience?
It kills me when I hear people say "wow, what luck" when they see an image like this! The combination of the two filters really makes for a dramatic image. Very cool!

your patience paid off! Well done. sometimes frac can overpower but in this case it made things light and feathery....fitting for the dandelion

This is great. A different way to look at a dandelion. The Fractalius & Pixel bender combo work very well and the background is elegant.

I love how this turned out. That one seed pulling or flying away is perfect. Glad you persevered--a lesson to me. Your processing is beautiful, especially on the fluffy seeds.

Thank you everyone! As I am photographing flowers this spring, the dandelions keep calling me back...I love those elegant seeds!
