This is awesome! Love the timing and the calm water just outside the splash. At first glance I thought the bird was sitting on a spit of grass.

Lovely exposure and love the way this is captured
i am glad you kept the full reflection adds a lot to the image
The only thing to my eye that i found the bird t the right and facing out of the image so thought it being more centred may be interesting , i have attempted a rough bit here

Let me what you think about it, it may be completely wrong just my eye

Awesome landing pose, and the original composition is my preference due to it's focus on the water/splash line created by the duck's landing. Artie's slight rework has made the image even better from a comp standpoint.
