    Girish:

Your roller is very sharp, well exposed, nice head angle. The brown/oranges of the mound and background play off the blues/aquas of the bird very well.

The rounded top of the mound keeps it from being too overpowering.

Did you need to do any lightening on the lower portion of the breast?

    Cheers

Awesome pose, light, BG, perch. Colours look great. Borderline tight in the frame, and I'm torn on the little upright twigs at tail tip.

    Hi Randy,

Nothing selective was done on the breast. Thanks all for your comments.

That eye is marvelous Girish, as is the head turn, and the finer detail especially in the neck striations is extra good. The red soil backdrop contrasts very well and the bird looks so relaxed ....looks like he was just asking for his picture to be taken
