    40D, 1.4X II, 500f4 L IS, f8, 1/1600, ISO 400, AV, AiServo, AWB.

    Myrtle form of the Yellow-rumped Warbler is uncommon throughout the west. Photographed at Malheur NWR, Oregon 5-4-08.

    Nicely done James. Like everything about it except the dark vertical line on the right side of the image. Thanks for sharing.

    Very nice find and details. I agree with Doug regarding the dark line at the right side.

    A very nice capture despite the black line, good detail and colour and complimentary BG.

    James,

    I agree with the previous comments but would also work to reduce contrast on the perch. Contrasty light on the bird was handled well.

    Nice, Jim! Some nits have been mentioned--but it is very nice.
