The soft light really helps bring out detail in both the lights and the darks. Very pretty picture. There's a part of me that wants to see what it's landing on; that missing element would complete the picture for me.

    Cool pose sid very nice.

As doug mentioned a perch, rock, or another bird or even a photographer in the frame for the eagle to land on would make the image even better.

Very cool pose, great light and details. If there was a perch, it would add to it.

I agree that having th perch or what he is landing on visible would have put this over the top Sid. Did you follow him in? You may have the perch in another image and stitch it in.

    Great action, position, details.

I dunno Sid... It's pretty over the top for me as is. As mentioned above the light is wonderful. The pose, intense stare, folded wings and outstretched claws make it the consummate eagle image to me. The fact we can't see what he's going for... Is he diving for pray?... leaves an interesting question in my mind anyway.

Very nice indeed Sid... Well done.

Thanks guys. Unfortunately, it was landing on Jean's roof. Thats the reason why I had to crop it off.
