    Ian,

    I like it, very clear image might have some issues with pixels at the high and low end of the range. Some darks blocked out under the neck and the white patch on the read might be hot? Good field technique with the tripod and low shooting angle. There are two opportunities in the image:
    1. Basic cleanup in the frame to reduce distracting elements - walk your eye around the edges of the frame and smooth out habitat
    2. Consider removing a layer form the top to reduce negative space

    All excellent suggestions, Jeff, thank you. Let me see if I can go back and pull some details from the extremes. It does look better with a bit off the top. I sort of like the environmental look given by the stray grass, but I can see the point of removing it as well.
