    Well done, Ovidiu. I agree with Diane. Nice textures without that crunch over-sharpened look. Looks ready to take a finger off!

    Hi Ovidiu, another great image of this magnificent beetle! My only suggestion would be to crop a little closer to emphasize the size of these massive creatures.

    Ovidiu, another super image excellent detail and a complimentary background. I am looking at the feet this time, after reading Steve's and your comments I am assuming this one is alert and ready for action(??), I was previously unaware that the in-folding feet indicated a state of relative inertia.
    I think the cloudy day you chose offered ideal lighting conditions, he really is an impressive beetle.

    Hi Ovidiu. Another impressive specimen! - and I like the leg positioning much better on this one! Nice light, excellent overall sharpness, and I like the slight diagonal of the comp. An excellent image!
