A pair of Ring-necked Ducks looking like they have had enough of each other! Image created in Sackville Waterfowl Park today. We had super conditions for photography- high cloud but bright and no wind. This does not happen very often here. Anyway, this image interested me so I thought I would post. I guess the F8 provided enough DoF to focus both heads.

Looks like they were circling each other...testing out the waters so to speak! A better head angle from the female would have made this even sweeter.

I like it, nice idea and good timing and execution. I would sharpen up the eyes and faces to improve the image.

Thanks Robert and Daniel. The image suffers from a pretty heavy crop from the original. I will try a bit more sharpening and see how it goes. Ideally I would like to have had the pair do this 15 ft away but .........
