Hi Brendon - Once again the sharpness is impressive at the slow ss. I like the turn toward you and the use of the spot. The only thing that detracts for me is the band of black across the bottom. I find it a little too dominant. Maybe if it was about half as thick? All in all another very well done one in the series.

Hi Brendon, colour is best IMHO.

My vote is for the B&W ..I love the image ... I agree about loosing half the black on bottom of image as it does pull your eye from the subject !!

    excellent image Brendan

The angle of spotlight is very effective, the shadow from her head makes the image more dramatic and mysterious. B&W conversion works well. Agree with broad FG, maybe lighten it a bit with soft brush to keep comp?

Hi Brendon, I like your hyaena image as is, and especially the thin strip of grass under her feet. Perhaps crop a tad from the bottom of the image? Love this B/W conversion, it really works for me!

Cool image - would like to see a colour version too as I think it could also work well.

Very moody. I like both renditions, and agree with losing some off the bottom.
