    Although he chose a lovely perch, it wasn't where I had planned for him to land. Burning and dodging were needed to overcome the shadows and strong side lighting. C&C appreciated.

    D7000, 700mm, ISO 800, 1/2500s @ f/6.3 manual, fill @ -1.7, tripod, audio.

    Lovely perch for this bird although I would crop a tad from the left. Nice head turn. Killer BG.

    If the light was bad, your PP is so good, one would never know.
    The perch is so good it looks like a set up.
    Getting everything sharp is impressive and not easy to do.
