Rain..rain...rain...That's what it's been doing more often than not over the last week or so, and the next couple days are supposed to be more of the same. I'm definitely ready to see the sun again!

I photographed this daffodil back in April. Relatively simple processing: I used a yellow texture I had to replace the BG around the daffodil, and then applied another of my textures on top of that. I also added a blur overlay.

Hi Christopher, I love your dreamy yellow daffodil. The textures and blur work together to make a very pleasing effect. Nice job with the framing.

Very nice Christopher, I like the subtle use of the textures and the selective focus.

Christopher, a beautiful combination of textures and the blur overlay. Very dreamy looking

It certainly is clear you are craving a bit of sun ! It is quite effective having the entire image soaked in yellows. The textures add a nice texture and a softness. Nice that the flower details fade at the edges.

Beautiful work Christopher! I like the subtle elements of the flower blending with the textures and fading into the background.
