    Hi bruce.
What a funny pic, i guess a rear one as well. nice exposure and saturation. Love the intense look they have on each other and must say unbeliveble that the "cipmunk" no ideer what it is :o) can crawl on those spikes without getting hurt.

This is outstanding. The exposure is great, the clarity is superb. Technically is excellent but in terms of story telling, it's without parallel.

A very cool interaction, JP. To get everything sharp is a big plus. The harsh light serves to make the cactus look even more sharp and prickly. I suppose the next question is - why would EITHER of them want to be on top of that thing? Ouch! :)

I can't believe anyone would fight over this! Great expressions! I agree that the harsh lighting actually works here. The BG is wonderful and non-destractive. I'm rooting for the bird. That is one "take charge" look!

Love the gunfighter's stare of these two. Gotta question their taste in perches but hey, its the desert! Nice capture.

GREAT IMAGE! Niether look as though their going to back down... And I think it's great the image leaves that question in the viewers mind.

Great shot JP. I love it when interaction like this get caught. The fact that its in the desert is even better.
