    I really like the incoming angle on this image.
    Exposure is spot on as usual!
    Why an ISO of 500?

    Great posture on this one, liking a lot the breeding colors showing, nice exposure as well, great shot all round

    Awesome capture! Not much of a critique from me.

    I am also curious about your choice of aperture and ISO. I'm always afraid to shoot wide open - not because of IQ, but bc of dof! With that said, you nailed it!

    Super details under that wing and exposure is spot on. Love this bird against the blue.

    As good as it gets for a flight image of any shorebird. The face is perfectly focussed and sharp, and the overall pose is very appealing...especially that it is angled towards us.
