Great to see one in breeding plumage! Nice resting pose and comp with lovely water and BG!

Ideally, I'd like to see a more parallel body angle in the type of image.

Love the color palette in the BG.
Great breeding plumage adds to a colorful image.
I like the pose and the IQ and the great POV.
    A keeper for sure,
    Gail

Lovely image Miguel - I really like the overall composition, the point of view, the colours and the detail on the bird and the background is great.

    Very well done!

Very peaceful image with the sleeping bird, colors, and muted BG. I also like the low POV. Very nice!

Stunner Miguel....low angle is perfect and the light is extra nice I feel, love the way nit lights up the back feathers especially, such a smooth backdrop and like the extra fine detail right down to the small meniscus in the water where leg meets the surface

I like this lots. Low angle, sweet BG, nice details. I would prefer a bit better light angle, especially for the face around the eye, but lots to like here.

Thanks for the comments! Daniel, do you think that a bit of dodging might help out? You're right though, the light was quite overhead (and resulted in no catchlights as can be evidenced from my other photo of the Dunlin)
