    Thought this was an interesting contrast of appearance and behavior. These black vultures were standing on a sandbar in Tampa Bay. Canon 1Dmk!V, Canon 800mm lens, 1/640, f6.3, ISO 320. Am not sure if a closer head/shoulder crop would be better.

    I'd like to see it as a square crop. Don't think all the top is needed. Nice exposure and pose on the 2 birds.

    I was able to capture this behavior once myself. Definitely a contrast. Nice poses and head angles. I would definitely crop from the top

    The most striking picture of back vultures I have seen! Looks like the light was a bit bright on the legs and sandbar. Loi
