    The most common kingfisher species in India.
    Made with a Canon 500D (borrowed) + Sigma 150-500. Handheld & taken from a hide.
    Exif : F6.3 / ISO 200 / SS 1/500 @ 370mm. Shot vertical / Aperture Priority / Eval
    About 15% crop / USM / NR on BG

    Never saw one of these. A beautiful image. TFS. Might take out the twig that cuts accross the tail.

    Beautiful bird captured very well. Great detail and color. Exposure looks good too. I would remove all the branches except the one he is on. Well done

    Beuty bird, nice image. The two OOF little stems could go IMO.

    Wonderful image! I would also suggest at least removing the branch that crosses with the tail. Otherwise, I'm a big fan!

    The exposure and detail are perfect. The bg compliments the bird perfectly. Might try a different crop, this is wonderful.

    Beautiful bird, nice and sharp, good colors. The stem that crossed over the head is abit distracting, but I could see removing it would make the perch looks funny. I'm Ok with the other branches. Loi
