This piping plover had just finished a bath and preen and topped it off with a fluff and a leap.

Excellent image of unique pose you have captured,Grace.Tack sharp where it needed.
Blurred wings, raised feet and fluffy feathers has nicely created the action image.
    Very nice background and composition.
Love the sweet eye and beautiful beak.

    Regards,
    Satish.

Great, nice title, like the way its off the ground two. Wing blur works well.
Super exposure on whites, water drops and low pov all conspire to make a really good frame

Hi Grace, Nice capture of this cute little Plover. Wish we got these out here. They are beautiful birds. The details are nice as is the exposure and pose. The wing blur is a bit more than I like but the sharp head makes it look good. Nice work. Oh, I like the comp too.

Very simple yet powerful image, Grace. The exposure is spot on and I love how it's on its tippy-toes with those wings extended and the bits of water spray.
