    Ian,

    Nice action shot I love the behavior pictures. In my opinion to strengthen the picture you need critical feather detail and the crop is too tight. The techs look good was this HH or on a tripod? Notice the catch light is a bit large, this can be caused by motion blur - tell me more about the field techniques used. Thanks as always for posting I am a fan of your work.

    Thanks for commenting, Jeff. This was taken on tripod/gimbal. Feathers look pretty good to me here, but I'm looking on my laptop at the moment. I'm in NJ (doing some work on a storm-damaged house with some side-trips to EB Forsythe NWR for some photography). Will look again on my desktop machine when I get back to Phoenix.
