At least I think this is a flycatcher. Maybe Olive sided? Another from last week at Magee Marsh.

This is a toughie! I think you are right (Olive-sided) because I see no eye ring and a short tail, but?????

I don't think it's an Olive-sided because the head and nape are not darker than the body, the head doesn't look as big as I'd expect, and the primary extension doesn't look nearly as long as it appears in photos you can find on the web.

I'm leaning towards Easter Wood-Pewee. The minimal eye ring, concolorous look, weak wing bars, and not too long a primary extension seem to fit.

You don't happen to have any side or front shots of the bird, do you?

No, two shots from this angle were all I got. I had leaned away from E Wood Pewee, because they didn't appear to have the peaked head shape in my guide.

Paul nailed it. Eastern Wood-Pewee. Lack of eye-ring, pale lower mandible. Olive-sided tends to sit up straighter and appear bulkier as the other Pewees often have this slumped looking posture.
